In 2015 Le Phénix heeft parfumeur Michel Almairac een frisse, verfijnde interpretatie gemaakt van de ronde bogen en koepels waar wierook cederhout en gember uitnodigt tot een verleidelijke wals. Opened the cap and was instantly transported back to a luxe old-world spa, that smoky-resinous warmth is unlike anything else in my collection. The sillage is elegant rather than loud, and it lasts through a full workday on my skin. I keep catching whiffs of it hours later and smiling.
