Sandalo e Mirra EdP

I was a little nervous about the myrrh note, but it’s surprisingly soft and creamy against the sandalwood—more of a gentle warmth than a heavy incense. Sprayed it on this morning and could still catch its quiet trail on my scarf eight hours later. Definitely a new favorite for cozy, rainy days.
The opening is pure storytelling—Paolo Terenzi really does take you somewhere with the myrrh and sandalwood contrast. I sprayed it before bed just to test it and ended up sitting in the dark enjoying it for an hour. It’s warm but not heavy, exactly the kind of scent that feels personal.
I’ve worn this on cool evenings and the sandalwood keeps the myrrh grounded, not too sweet or churchy. The drydown lingers for hours on my scarf, which I wasn’t expecting from an EdP. It’s a contemplative scent, the kind that makes you slow down.
