The amber note here is deep and almost smoky, but it stays smooth on the skin for a full workday. I’ve worn it on cooler evenings and keep catching warm, resinous whiffs hours later.

The drydown is what sold me—that amber note stays close to the skin for hours without turning powdery or sharp. I kept catching whiffs of it on my scarf the next morning, which never happens with my other bottles.

I’ve been wearing this for a week now, and the khandjar-shaped bottle looks stunning on my shelf—it’s almost a shame to hide it in a drawer. The scent lingers close to the skin for hours, and I catch that warm resinous trail whenever I move. Definitely my new go-to for evenings.
